This works like it should, but there are two issues.
There are two issues with this that I am not sure how to resolve.
Firstly, I have two tabs where a download is showing up multiple times, one which is blank and one which is not.
Secondly, the entries on the RSS feed do not load correctly.
I know that the URL for it is right because if I just leave the entry out, it loads all of the downloaded files correctly.

I'd recommend changing your client to something like SyncThing. It's a desktop application and the version you're using, BoxBag, is a mobile application.
Since you're already using the RSS feed, you just need to make sure that your sync setting (settings -> sync) is set to RSS.
[Serum ionized calcium: its value for the assessment of parenteral nutrition].
Pharmacokinetics of the ionized calcium in serum (S-Ca) after i.v. and i.m. infusion of a calcium-free isotonic solution were studied in three groups of Wistar rats. The mean maximum level (Cmax) of the ionized calcium was reached after 1-2 minutes in all animals for the i.v. infusion. The mean Cmax was 0.75 +/- 0.03 mmol/l. The half-life of the serum calcium was 1.8 +/- 0.2 minutes, and the i.v. infusion was followed by a rapid decrease of S-Ca down to a mean minimum level (Cmin) of 0.5 +/- 0.02 mmol/l (1.4 +/- 0.3 minutes). The recovery of the S-Ca was 100% within 4 hours after the end of the infusion. The serum calcium was taken up in an isotonic solution (45 mmol/l) up to Cmin and disappeared almost completely after 4 hours. During the same time period no S-Ca was detected in the control group (n = 5) fed with tap water. S-Ca was also measured in 14 newborn piglets and in 5 newborn rats by sampling of the umbilical cord. The mean value of S-Ca was 0.37 mmol/l in the newborn piglets and 0.48 mmol/l in the newborn rats. The newborn piglets had received a maternal plasma transfusion in order to raise the S-Ca. The newborn rat group (n = 7) was artificially fed and ac619d1d87
